How do I purchase green fees?
Very simply go to the Golf Course & Rates page and select the “purchase green fee” button. You will be prompted for payment through our shopping cart system. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once your payment has been approved you will be issued a receipt of payment (view sample). Print and bring the receipt with you to the golf course. Be sure to reserve your tee time before purchasing green fees.
If you are not able to print the receipt, write down these three items founf on your order receipt: (1) the order number; (2) date of purchase and (3) the name of the purchaser (view sample). When you check into the Proshop inform them of your green fee purchase through Golf Rocky Point and they can verify payment as they will have an electronic copy of your payment receipt.
Can I purchase green fees ahead of time even if I don’t have a tee time?
Yes. Green fees are valid for two weeks after the date of purchase.

Am I able to make tee time reservations through Golf Rocky Point?
Unfortunately there is no tee time booking system. To book a tee time contact the golf course directly and make arrangements with the Proshop. After reserving your tee time you will want to purchase green fees through Golf Rocky Point. Although it’s not advised you can purchase green fees ahead of time and use them at a later date. Once purchased, green fees are valid for a two week period and must be used before they expire.

Can I transfer a purchased green fee to another person if I can’t play or want to offer as a gift?
Yes. If you are unable to use your purchased green fee and want to transfer it to someone else you can simply print the receipt of purchase and give it to that person to use. If you are not able to print the receipt then write down the (1) order number, (2) date of purchase and (3) the purchaser's name (see sample) and have your guest inform the Proshop when checking in. Be sure to reserve tee times in advance. Your guest must have these three items to match the file at the proshop.

Do you offer a refund policy?
No. Once the green fees are purchased they are not refundable. We offer a two-week validation period so the green fees can be used at a later date. Green fees are also transferable if you are not able to use them.

What will happen if I purchase green fees and after a few holes the weather turns bad and I can’t finish playing golf?
Incase your game is cut short by bad weather the golf course will issue you a rain check to be used for another day. Rain check policies vary for each golf course so be sure to clarify the terms.

Which Golf Course is better?
That depends on what your preference is. Both courses are fun and challenging. Most golfers would agree that the Peninsula De Cortes has a higher level of difficulty. You should take the time to play both course and rate them yourself. Feel free to offer your opinion or read other golfer’s comments in our Blog section of the web site.

If I play golf can I use the Resort facilities?
Only Resort guest are allowed to use the resort facilities. Don’t expect to jump in the pool afterwards unless you are staying at the Resort. You can visit the clubhouse restaurant located next to the Proshop and enjoy some great food and drink specials before, after and during golf.

What if I want to play golf and have my girlfriend, wife, child or friend ride with me and not play? Is there a charge for them to ride-a-along?
All golf courses have there own set of rules for non-playing riders. Be sure to call and ask if you are allowed to have a ride-a-long guest.

If I have a larger group of golfers can I get a better rate?
Depending on the size of your group we can offer you a better golf rate. If you think you might have 10 or more golfers playing the same day contact us and we’ll make a special arrangement.

Can I arrange for a tournament or group event through Golf Rocky Point?
Yes. We would be happy to arrange a group event or tournament for you. We offer a variety of event types and can manage your outing from start to finish. Please contact us to discuss arrangements.

If I purchase green fees for a foursome can I play four separate times instead of playing as a group?
No. Green fees purchased for groups must be used for group play. You cannot golf four times by yourself if you purchase green fees for a foursome. We do not offer individual green fee “packs” at this moment.
